May Museum & Park

The May Museum and Park preserves the history of the Town of Farmville and western Pitt County. The museum features exhibits, displays, and special programs chronicling the agricultural, commercial, domestic, and transportation history of the area from colonial times to the present day. Their collection includes the May family correspondence, materials from the office of Congressman Walter B. Jones, Sr., maps, records, postcards, scrapbooks, genealogical data, and much more.
